Caroline's kindergarten field trip was to the Fort Worth Zoo. I was assigned to follow after Caroline and her sweet friend, Lily. She is just precious and the girls had a great time!

Field Trips pt. 2
My first grade class went to the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington for our field trip. The team was out of town for a series, so we were given great access to every corner of the park. There is definitely an electricity in the stadium due to their recent success.
My class just happened to hit the jackpot. AL MVP Josh Hamilton was standing on first base when we made our way into the dugout. He had stayed behind from the road trip to continue rehabbing an injury. We called out to him and he waved and kept walking. Then he turned and said, "I've got some time," and he walked over to the dugout. He spent some time signing autographs and taking pictures. We were so excited!!
