Felicity

Today in an early celebration of my firstborn's "one hand" birthday, we made a trip over to the American Girl store. Mom and I have been planning for a while to get her a "big" American Girl for her fifth birthday. I have a feeling she will still end up getting put in the toilet to swim or something, but we are hoping she'll be old enough to value it.
When we visited Colonial Williamsburg last Thanksgiving, Caroline got very attached to Felicity, so that's the one we got.
Here she is

Thanks Nana!
Of course Papa had to cap it off with some ice cream

Tea Party Time

We had a wonderful day today celebrating Caroline's fifth birthday. My mom was sweet enough to host the party at her house. We invited all of Caroline's little friends to wear makeup and get all dressed up.

Sprinkler Time

It's finally hot enough (I mean HOT enough) to break out the sprinkler. The wind of the past month had died down and it was a beautiful night! Caroline had a blast and Cooper was, well, a little less than excited.

Coop would rather just sit and look at the bird dogs.
